Leadership
Pastoral Staff – The Pastoral Staff is led by the Senior Pastor and consists of ordained clergy called to the ministry of the Pastorate. Associate and Assistant Pastors provide assistance in worship, visitation of members, and spiritual care for leaders and members of the congregation.
Executive Council – The Executive Council consists of the Pastoral Staff and lay members of the congregation. Executive Council provides leadership and management of church finances, ministry budgets and all business matters of the church.
Council of Elders – The Council of Elders consists of ordained clergy called to assist the Senior Pastor in providing overall spiritual support and guidance in church and congregational matters.
Leadership Institute – The Leadership Institute consists of all Pastoral Staff, Executive Council, Council of Elders members as well as facilitators of various ministry areas. The Leadership Institute provides all leaders with an opportunity to grow and develop their leadership and respective ministry areas through ongoing education, equipping, training and fellowship.

Pastoral Care
Deacons – Deacons are “first responder” members of the congregation who are called and ordained to serve the temporal needs of the church and congregation through consistent contact with members through phone calls and visitation while hospitalized or incarcerated. Each congregational member is assigned a deacon upon joining.
Membership Visitation – Visitation to members for the purposes of prayer, spiritual guidance, counseling, house-blessings, grief support, family support, and guidance are conducted by members of the Pastoral Staff, Council of Elders, and Deacons as needed.
Biblical Counseling – Certified Biblical Counselors provide pre-marital, marriage, family, and individual counseling to members of the congregation upon request and after completing the counseling in-take form.

Worship
Praise and Worship – Praise and Worship is a music ministry consisting of trained and rehearsed vocalists and musicians of the congregation who minister vocal and instrumental music weekly during Sunday morning worship services and at other special or annual events and/or worship services of the church.
The International Choir – The International Choir consists of trained and rehearsed vocalists and musicians of the congregation who minister an array of choral music spanning various genres reflective of the cultural and ethnic heritages of members. The International Choir ministers each month during Sunday morning worship service and at other special or annual events and/or worship services of the church.
Liturgical Dance – The Liturgical Dance team consists of trained and rehearsed dancers of the congregation that minister weekly during Sunday morning worship services and during other special or annual events and/or worship services of the church.

Discipleship
Adult Christian Education – Adult Christian Education (ACE) occurs weekly on Sunday morning at 8:30am and is facilitated by prepared and equipped leaders rotating facilitation each month. Topics include a wide variety of subjects, all aimed at fostering spiritual maturity and growth in discipleship.
Men’s Ministry – Provides opportunities for men ages 18 and older to participate in study groups, work projects, seminars, and fellowship opportunities that address issues pertinent to men while developing and growing their spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial health and well-being.
Women’s Ministry – Provides opportunities for women ages 18 and older to participate in study groups, work projects, seminars and fellowship opportunities that address issues pertinent to woman while developing and growing their spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial health and well-being.
Mid-Week Book and Bible Study – Mid-Week Book and Bible Study is led by the Senior Pastor each Wednesday at 7:00pm and covers an in-depth study of various topics aimed to support and advance faithful discipleship and spiritual maturity.
Children’s Ministry – The Children’s ministry meets weekly on Sundays during morning worship and provides school age children in K-5 grades with a safe, fun opportunity to support emergent understandings of the Christian Faith in a loving and emotionally supportive environment that nurtures head, heart, and soul.
Youth Ministry – Youth ministry at Resurrected Life provides monthly opportunities for spiritual growth and faithful discipleship for Junior and Senior High School youth in grades 6-12 through gatherings which includes fellowship, food, music, trips, and relevant biblical studies in topics germane to being Youth.
Young Adult Ministry – Provides opportunities for adults ages 18 to 35 to learn, fellowship, and participate in a variety of ministry activities in order to develop, strengthen and grow their relationship with self, neighbor and God while addressing issues pertinent to Young Adults.

Stewardship
Trustees – Trustees are members of the congregation appointed to serve annually by the Executive Council, and have primary responsibility for counting, recording, and depositing weekly Sunday tithes and offerings and special offerings taken at other special worship services and events.
Financial Literacy and Debt Reduction – The church provides members of the congregation and community with educational opportunities to gain financial literacy and systematically address debt reduction, financial stress and credit repair through its DFREE Ministry Initiative.

Evangelism & Missions
Community Feeding and Meals – The Community Feeding and Meals Ministry provides free nutritious food items, meals, and hygiene products weekly to members of the church’s neighborhood and wider community.
Annual Back-to-School Bash (BTSB) – Held annually in August, the B2SB provides school-age children and youth enrolled in the Allentown School District with bookbags, school supplies, haircuts, braiding, food, games, and plenty of opportunities for fellowship and fun!
Annual Thanksgiving Community Meal – Held annually on Thanksgiving Day, Resurrected Life provides free Thanksgiving meals with all the fixings to members of the neighborhood and community who are experiencing housing and food insecurities.
Annual Christmas Community Meal – Held annually on Christmas Day, Resurrected Life provides free Christmas meals and toys to children and families in need.
World-Wide Missions of Liberia – Resurrected Life has a formal partnership and articulated agreement with Liberia/West Africa through World-Wide Missions of Liberia and Liberian Senator Nyonblee Kargna-Lawrence. As such, Resurrected Life provides financial assistance for student education scholarships, clothing, ministry materials, and hygiene products to residents of Liberia, as well as rice and other food items for the WWML Annual Conference held in Liberia, West Africa.
